Ur\u010dite ho pozn\u00e1\u0161 ako ve\u010dne pozit\u00edvne naladen\u00e9ho moder\u00e1tora so \u0161pecifick\u00fdm zmyslom pre humor. \u010coraz \u010dastej\u0161ie sa v\u0161ak predstavuje aj vo svojej druhej \u00falohe \u2013 ako nad\u0161en\u00fd kuch\u00e1r, ktor\u00fd vydal u\u017e 2 knihy s vlastn\u00fdmi receptami. U\u017e 21 rokov je vegetari\u00e1n, tak\u017ee v nich n\u00e1jde\u0161 len bezm\u00e4sit\u00e9 pokrmy, a ako inak, na zdrav\u00fd sp\u00f4sob. \u010co ho na varen\u00ed tak zaujalo, kde berie in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu a ako sa udr\u017eiava v zdrav\u00ed? \u010c\u00edtaj \u010falej :-).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pyco, vyzer\u00e1\u0161 skvele a vyzer\u00e1\u0161, \u017ee ani nestarne\u0161. Ako sa udr\u017eiava\u0161 v zdrav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokia\u013e ide o stravu, h\u013ead\u00e1m, \u0161tudujem, po\u010d\u00favam, sk\u00fa\u0161am. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa dr\u017ea\u0165 v pohode, \u010do je kli\u0161\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00e1m r\u00e1d v\u017edy ako ho vyslov\u00edm, ale inak to nejde. \u017divot n\u00e1m neraz prin\u00e1\u0161a tragick\u00e9, ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 ihne\u010f akoby pohltia v\u0161etko pekn\u00e9. To s\u00fa obdobia, ktor\u00e9 je asi najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie vedie\u0165 zvl\u00e1da\u0165, preto\u017ee<strong> psychika je prepojen\u00e1 n\u00e1doba s fyzick\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm<\/strong>. No a, samozrejme, prevent\u00edvne prehliadky v\u0161etk\u00e9ho druhu, tie s\u00fa nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00a0m\u00e1ji tohto roka to bolo 21 rokov, \u010do si sa stal vegetari\u00e1nom. Ako toto rozhodnutie zmenilo alebo ovplyvnilo tvoj\u00a0\u017eivot?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pre m\u0148a z\u00e1sadne ani ve\u013emi nie, preto\u017ee<strong> to bolo prirodzen\u00e9 rozhodnutie<\/strong>. Ke\u010f v\u0161ak po\u010d\u00favam, ako zvl\u00e1\u0161tne je to vn\u00edman\u00e9 okol\u00edm, tak to po\u010d\u00edtam a pripom\u00ednam si v\u00fdro\u010die. Ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokom v\u0161ak ustupuj\u00fa ot\u00e1zky \u201epre\u010do?\u201c, \u201ea \u010do potom je\u0161?\u201c alebo \u201enie si chor\u00fd?\u201c. To sa v\u0161ak v\u017edy p\u00fdtaj\u00fa len \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed varia len sporadicky dokola desa\u0165-dvadsa\u0165 jed\u00e1l za rok alebo nevaria v\u00f4bec, pr\u00edpadne si myslia, \u017ee vegetari\u00e1n je \u010dlovek ktor\u00fd ortodoxne v\u0161etk\u00fdch presvied\u010da, \u017ee vie nie\u010do viac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vydal si dve knihy. Moje jedlo bolo tvojim\u00a0snom a jej hlavnou in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou bolo cestovanie. Moje jedlo 2 nenechalo na seba dlho \u010daka\u0165 a v\u00a0nej si u\u017e viac kombinoval ingrediencie, koreniny a\u00a0myslel si i\u00a0na \u00fa\u010dinok a\u00a0vplyv jednotliv\u00fdch pr\u00edsad na organizmus. A ako s\u00e1m hovor\u00ed\u0161, mal si odvahu viac experimentova\u0165. Na \u010do sa m\u00f4\u017eeme te\u0161i\u0165 v\u00a0tej tretej?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na to by som v\u00e1m ve\u013emi r\u00e1d odpovedal, len neviem ako, preto\u017ee intenz\u00edvne rozv\u00edjam dva r\u00f4zne koncepty. Prv\u00e1 kniha bola zbierkou toho, \u010do m\u00e1m r\u00e1d, tak\u017ee som pon\u00fakol \u010ditate\u013eovi aj svoje verzie medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch, no u n\u00e1s menej pripravovan\u00fdch jed\u00e1l. Druh\u00fd diel mi <strong>dodal odvahu experimentova\u0165 s vlastn\u00fdmi n\u00e1padmi<\/strong>. A to \u010do pr\u00edde nesk\u00f4r bude ma\u0165 koncept a dej, av\u0161ak nem\u00f4\u017eem zatia\u013e ni\u010d viac prezradi\u0165, nechajte sa pros\u00edm prekvapi\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kto je pre teba\u00a0in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou, zdrojom nov\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a m\u00fadrost\u00ed oh\u013eadne jedla, kombin\u00e1ci\u00ed potrav\u00edn a koren\u00edn, \u010di zdravotn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinkov jednotliv\u00fdch potrav\u00edn?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je to \u017eivot s\u00e1m, preto\u017ee \u010d\u00edm viac \u010d\u00edtam, cestujem, ochutn\u00e1vam a spozn\u00e1vam nov\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, aj m\u00f4j z\u00e1ber sa roz\u0161iruje. <strong>Ve\u013ea sa<\/strong> <strong>v\u017edy dozviem od Silvie Horeckej Ple\u0161kovej, ktor\u00e1 vedie workshopy<\/strong>, m\u00e1 skvel\u00fd blog \u201eTerapia Jedlom\u201c a je najlep\u0161ou odborn\u00ed\u010dkou na zdrav\u00fa stravu, s akou som sa v\u00f4bec u n\u00e1s stretol, preto\u017ee som mal t\u00fa \u010das\u0165 viackr\u00e1t s \u0148ou pracova\u0165. <strong>Sledujem trendy vo svete<\/strong>, takisto, ke\u010f cestujem, akt\u00edvne spozn\u00e1vam \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed miluj\u00fa varenie a f\u00fazie, n\u00e1pady, in\u0161pir\u00e1cie prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa potom automaticky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si skvel\u00fdm moder\u00e1torom, kuch\u00e1rom, rob\u00ed\u0161, \u010do \u0165a\u00a0bav\u00ed, fotografuje\u0161, cestuje\u0161, ale pri tom v\u0161etkom pom\u00e1ha\u0161 i\u00a0druh\u00fdm\u2026bezpochyby si osobnos\u0165ou a\u00a0in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou pre mnoh\u00fdch z n\u00e1s. \u010co v\u0161etko tomu predch\u00e1dzalo? Komu alebo \u010domu za to v\u010fa\u010d\u00ed\u0161?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neviem, \u010do v\u00e1m na toto poveda\u0165. Bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010d\u00edm by som sa \u017eivil, <strong>m\u00e1m ist\u00e9 pohn\u00fatky pom\u00f4c\u0165 tam, kde c\u00edtim, \u017ee je to potrebn\u00e9<\/strong> alebo kde v r\u00e1mci mo\u017enost\u00ed viem, m\u00f4\u017eem. Vyr\u00e1stol som s presved\u010den\u00edm, \u017ee ak sa v\u0161etci pok\u00fasime by\u0165 u\u017eito\u010dn\u00ed pre in\u00fdch, jedn\u00e9ho d\u0148a budeme bl\u00edzko situ\u00e1cie, v ktorej nikto nebude nepotrebn\u00fd. A o to predsa ide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1\u0161 popri svojej pr\u00e1ci, pracovnom cestovan\u00ed a nasaden\u00ed, p\u00edsan\u00ed a\u00a0v\u0161etkom ostatnom aj \u010das pre seba? Ako tr\u00e1vi\u0161 svoj vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das? R\u00e1d \u0161portuje\u0161?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme, \u017ee m\u00e1m, nau\u010dil som sa ho vytv\u00e1ra\u0165. Pubertu a rann\u00fa dospelos\u0165 som delil medzi \u0161kolu a r\u00e1dio. Ke\u010f mi po rokoch organizmus dal p\u00e1r kr\u00e1t najavo, \u017ee chcie\u0165 a m\u00f4c\u0165 s\u00fa dve celkom odli\u0161n\u00e9 plan\u00e9ty, ubral som. Na pracovn\u00e9 ponuky hovor\u00edm naj\u010dastej\u0161ie nie,<strong> potrebujem p\u00e1r dn\u00ed pre seba, ke\u010f vypne nielen telef\u00f3n, ale aj telo a hlava<\/strong>. Probl\u00e9my s chrbticou ma s\u00edce odl\u00fa\u010dili od viacer\u00fdch \u0161portov, ale nau\u010dili ma relaxova\u0165, stre\u010dova\u0165 a dr\u017ea\u0165 sa v kond\u00edcii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zo sk\u00fasenost\u00ed vieme, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed chod\u00ed na obed na menu do re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00ed s\u00a0od\u00f4vodnen\u00edm, \u017ee nemaj\u00fa \u010das vari\u0165, nechce sa im, alebo nemaj\u00fa chu\u0165 bali\u0165 si jedlo\u00a0do krabi\u010diek a\u00a0nosi\u0165 do pr\u00e1ce. Ty sa naopak re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1m vyh\u00fdba\u0161 a var\u00ed\u0161 si jedlo doma. Pre\u010do? Ako to v\u00f4bec st\u00edha\u0161?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To sa ned\u00e1 pau\u0161\u00e1lne hodnoti\u0165, kto m\u00f4\u017ee, chce alebo dok\u00e1\u017ee. K\u00fdm niekto pracuje v pravidelnom re\u017eime, in\u00ed chodia do pr\u00e1ce na smeny, \u010fal\u0161\u00ed pracujeme n\u00e1razovo. Tak\u017ee m\u00f4\u017eete porovn\u00e1va\u0165 h\u00e1dam len dvoch pracuj\u00facich rovnak\u00fdm tempom. Moji kolegovia vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine ob\u013eubuj\u00fa pracovn\u00e9 obedy a k\u00e1vy. Ja zase nie, preto\u017ee r\u00e1d var\u00edm a ke\u010f je \u010das, rad\u0161ej si sadnem vonku ve\u010der na poh\u00e1r v\u00edna. Na to predsa nepotrebujeme doktor\u00e1t. Sme ako potrubie. Ak budete do z\u00e1choda lia\u0165 20 rokov len \u010dist\u00fa vodu, potrubie bude vyzera\u0165 inak, ako ke\u010f tam denne nasypete nie\u010do in\u00e9. Teraz nemysl\u00edm, \u017ee treba len pi\u0165 vodu, kum\u0161t je <strong>pr\u00eds\u0165 na to, \u010do je pre na\u0161e telo to najlep\u0161ie, najprospe\u0161nej\u0161ie a najvit\u00e1lnej\u0161ie<\/strong>. O tom sa ved\u00fa spory u\u017e cel\u00e9 veky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co pre teba\u00a0znamen\u00e1 MOJE JEDLO, odhliadnuc od toho, \u017ee sa tak volaj\u00fa obidve tvoje\u00a0knihy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u017divot a rados\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/fitshaker.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/pyco9.jpg\" alt=\"pyco9\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dokonca sa ob\u00e1lka tvojej\u00a0druhej knihy dostala a\u017e do americk\u00e9ho\u00a0 Ohaia a bola s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tohtoro\u010dnej v\u00fdstavy <\/strong><strong>\u201cA MOVEABLE FEAST\u201d \u2013 presnej\u0161ie \u201cMOJE JEDLO 2\u201d otv\u00e1ralo aj zatv\u00e1ralo diskusn\u00fa prezent\u00e1ciu o umelcoch, ktor\u00ed naprie\u010d st\u00e1ro\u010diami pou\u017eili jedlo a potraviny ako v\u00fdrazov\u00fd prostriedok<\/strong><strong>. Prekvapilo \u0165a\u00a0to? \u010co to pre teba\u00a0ako autora knihy znamen\u00e1?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bol som vyte\u0161en\u00fd ako mal\u00fd chlapec! Znamen\u00e1 to pre m\u0148a ve\u013ek\u00fa poctu, preto\u017ee samotn\u00e1 predn\u00e1\u0161ate\u013eka, autorka workshopov a publik\u00e1ci\u00ed, si ma pracne vyh\u013eadala na internete, viedli sme rozsiahlej\u0161iu komunik\u00e1ciu a p\u00fdtala si povolenie a fotografiu. To nezvykne ani slovensk\u00fd novin\u00e1r. Okrem toho ma a\u017e prehnane americky chv\u00e1lila, <strong>nebol som pre \u0148u moder\u00e1tor z obrazovky, ale autor vegetari\u00e1nskej kuch\u00e1rky,<\/strong> tak\u017ee mi naozaj urobila ve\u013ek\u00fa rados\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010co by si odk\u00e1zal na\u0161im \u010ditate\u013eom? Mnoh\u00ed z\u00a0nich pr\u00e1ve teraz prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa t\u00fdm, \u010d\u00edm si ty prech\u00e1dzal pred 21 rokmi, nemysl\u00edm tentokr\u00e1t vegetari\u00e1nstvo, ale to, \u017ee svojim rozhodnut\u00edm ovplyvnia svoj \u010fal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot, m\u00f4\u017eu sa c\u00edti\u0165 lep\u0161ie, by\u0165 zdrav\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0\u0161\u0165astnej\u0161\u00ed\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>K vareniu sa ned\u00e1 n\u00fati\u0165<\/strong>. Ale ak <strong>v \u0148om \u010dlovek n\u00e1jde z\u00e1\u013eubu a rados\u0165, je to ide\u00e1lna \u017eivotn\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165<\/strong>, v ktorej sa m\u00f4\u017eete zlep\u0161ova\u0165 a\u017e do konca \u017eivota. A verte tomu, \u017ee si ho t\u00fdm mo\u017eno aj trochu pred\u013a\u017eite.
