Jemne posol\u00edme, posypeme zvy\u0161kom str\u00fahanky a vlo\u017e\u00edme na 25 min\u00fat do r\u00fary s teplotou 190 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n\u25cf Karfiol rozoberieme na \u010dasti, umyjeme a na 10 min\u00fat vlo\u017e\u00edme do hrnca s vriacou vodou a ly\u017ei\u010dkou soli. Sced\u00edme a nech\u00e1me \u010diasto\u010dne vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>\n\u25cf Vajcia vymie\u0161ame  v hlb\u0161ej mise spolu s postr\u00fahan\u00fdm alebo pretla\u010den\u00fdm cesnakom, \u0161tipkou soli a mlet\u00e9ho \u010dierneho korenia.  Potom vaje\u010dn\u00fa zmes spoj\u00edme s gr\u00e9ckym jogurtom. Karfiol rozoberieme na men\u0161ie ru\u017ei\u010dky, ktor\u00e9 ponor\u00edme do vzniknutej masy, prid\u00e1me polovicu postr\u00fahan\u00e9ho syra a z\u013eahka premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\n\u25cf Do formy s predpe\u010den\u00fdmi zemiakmi rovnomerne ulo\u017e\u00edme namo\u010den\u00e9 k\u00fasky karfiolu a na z\u00e1ver prelejeme zvy\u0161nou z\u00e1lievkou z misy. Povrch popr\u00e1\u0161ime mletou paprikou, ozdob\u00edme zvy\u0161kom syra. Pe\u010dieme 35-40 min\u00fat v r\u00fare s teplotou 190 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n\u25cf Po upe\u010den\u00ed nech\u00e1me 15-20 min\u00fat vychladn\u00fa\u0165 pred otvoren\u00edm formy. Pokr\u00e1jame a pod\u00e1vame s \u010derstv\u00fdm \u0161al\u00e1tom alebo sterilizovanou zeleninou. <\/p>\n<p> TIP:  Roztopen\u00fd \u010dedar dod\u00e1 jedlu nielen farbu a chu\u0165 ale aj jemn\u00fa konzistenciu. M\u00f4\u017eete ho v\u0161ak alternova\u0165 in\u00fdm syrom, sk\u00faste pou\u017ei\u0165 napr\u00edklad \u00faden\u00fd o\u0161tiepok! Do jogurtovej z\u00e1lievky pridajte aj ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9 bylinky \u010di koreniny, pr\u00edpadne kysl\u00fa smotanu.
