Rozmiestnime na plechu a pe\u010dieme 30 min\u00fat v r\u00fare vyhriatej na 180 \u00b0C v re\u017eime s hor\u00facim vzduchom.<br \/>\n\u25cb Po upe\u010den\u00ed odoberieme \u0161tvrtinu upe\u010denej tekvice, ktor\u00fa v hrnci zalejeme vriacou vodou (500 ml), rozmixujeme a na ve\u013emi slabom plameni udr\u017eiavame hor\u00facu. Zvy\u0161ok tekvice odlo\u017e\u00edme.<br \/>\n\u25cb V panvici alebo v hrnci na zvy\u0161ku olivov\u00e9ho oleja (2 PL) ope\u010dieme najemno pokr\u00e1jan\u00fa \u0161alotku.  Po 5 min\u00fatach prid\u00e1me ry\u017eu a mie\u0161ame 2 min\u00faty aby sa ry\u017ea dostato\u010dne ohriala. Podlejeme v\u00ednom (100 ml) a mie\u0161ame, k\u00fdm ry\u017ea nevsiakne v\u0161etku tekutinu.<br \/>\n\u25cb Postupne prilievame hor\u00faci tekvicov\u00fd kr\u00e9m a v mie\u0161an\u00ed pokra\u010dujeme \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 16 &#8211; 20 min\u00fat. Tekutinu prilievame po nabera\u010dk\u00e1ch, a\u017e ke\u010f ry\u017ea vsiakne predo\u0161l\u00fa d\u00e1vku. Pred poslednou nabera\u010dkou primie\u0161ame do hrnca aj k\u00fasky pe\u010denej tekvice (p\u00e1r k\u00faskov odlo\u017e\u00edme na dekor\u00e1ciu) a za hrs\u0165 petr\u017elenovej v\u0148ate. V pr\u00edpade potreby m\u00f4\u017eeme e\u0161te prida\u0165 nabera\u010dku vriacej vody.<br \/>\n\u25cb Odstav\u00edme od tepeln\u00e9ho zdroja, prid\u00e1me maslo (20 g) a polovicu str\u00fahan\u00e9ho parmez\u00e1nu (20 g). Pod\u013ea potreby na z\u00e1ver osol\u00edme.
