Je to vec cviku, preto\u017ee \u010dlovek z\u00edska zru\u010dnos\u0165, znalosti aj odvahu, tak\u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina receptov pre neho nebude \u017eiadny probl\u00e9m.
