Moderovanie s\u00edce nikdy definit\u00edvne nezavesil na klinec, no do ve\u013ek\u00fdch telev\u00edznych projektov sa u\u017e dlh\u0161ie nep\u00fa\u0161\u0165al a v <strong>exkluz\u00edvnom rozhovore<\/strong> pre EMMU prizn\u00e1va, \u017ee mu toto obdobie ve\u013emi pomohlo.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161iel sa v inej profesii, ktor\u00e1 ho nap\u013a\u0148a, a to vo vym\u00fd\u0161\u013ean\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch vegetari\u00e1nskych receptov, o ktor\u00e9 sa del\u00ed prostredn\u00edctvom vide\u00ed a kuch\u00e1rskych kn\u00edh. S\u00e1m vydal \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fa tril\u00f3giu Moje Jedlo a materi\u00e1lu na \u0161tvrt\u00fa knihu m\u00e1 u\u017e tie\u017e dos\u0165. Ver\u00ed, \u017ee sa jej fan\u00fa\u0161ikovia do\u010dkaj\u00fa v bud\u00facom roku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martin, v\u017edy si mal vz\u0165ah k vareniu? Ke\u010f si bol s\u00e1m e\u0161te kuch\u00e1r za\u010diato\u010dn\u00edk, varieval si pod\u013ea receptov a kuch\u00e1rskych kn\u00edh, alebo si v\u017edy r\u00e1d experimentoval a vym\u00fd\u0161\u013eal si vlastn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ide akosi ruka v ruke. Chu\u0165 dozvedie\u0165 sa a ochutna\u0165 nie\u010do nov\u00e9 \u017eenie automaticky \u010dloveka k \u010fal\u0161iemu z\u00e1\u017eitku alebo experimentu. Aj preto sa neto\u010d\u00edm v kruhu tradi\u010dn\u00fdch receptov. Dodnes r\u00e1d sk\u00fa\u0161am n\u00e1pady kolegov a navar\u00edm ob\u010das nie\u010do pod\u013ea receptu. Aj ke\u010f m\u00e1te ur\u010dit\u00fd talent, predpoklad alebo estetick\u00e9 c\u00edtenie, pri foodstylingu a fotografovan\u00ed treba technick\u00e9 znalosti. Mus\u00edte sa ich postupne nau\u010di\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 a potom ich aj spont\u00e1nne uplatni\u0165 na p\u013eaci. To ma na tom najviac fascinuje a z\u00e1rove\u0148 aj bude, ke\u010f\u017ee m\u00e1m asi predstavu o tom, ko\u013eko toho e\u0161te neviem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1\u0161 cel\u00fd proces pod kontrolou a vo svojich ruk\u00e1ch? Alebo ti niekto pom\u00e1ha?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od n\u00e1padu, cez v\u00fdvoj recept\u00fary, testovanie, fotenie, nakr\u00facanie videoreceptov, svietenie, foodstyling, hudobn\u00fa dramaturgiu, editovanie a\u017e po publikovanie je v\u0161etko one-man-show. Samozrejme, dalo by sa to cel\u00e9 absolvova\u0165 s malou produk\u010dnou firmou, ale ot\u00e1zne zost\u00e1va, ako by to u\u017eivilo \u010do i len mal\u00fd pracovn\u00fd kolekt\u00edv. Asi by ma nebavilo by\u0165 len pred kamerou, tam som str\u00e1vil polovicu \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kde \u010derp\u00e1\u0161 in\u0161pir\u00e1cie na nov\u00e9 recepty?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prakticky v\u0161ade. Ob\u010das je to sez\u00f3na, prech\u00e1dzka trhom, po\u010dasie, spont\u00e1nna chu\u0165 na nejak\u00e9 jedlo, in\u0161pir\u00e1cia od kolegov foodblogerov, kuch\u00e1rske knihy, spomienky alebo koment\u00e1r \u010di ot\u00e1zka od niekoho pod moj\u00edm videoreceptom na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach, kam chod\u00edm pre automatick\u00fd feedback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venuje\u0161 sa ob\u010das e\u0161te moderovaniu? Alebo si to nateraz \u00faplne zavesil na klinec? Vie\u0161 si v\u00f4bec predstavi\u0165 vr\u00e1ti\u0165 sa e\u0161te do telev\u00edzneho \u010di r\u00e1diov\u00e9ho sveta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moderujem s\u00fakromn\u00e9 akcie aj na\u010falej. Telev\u00edzia mi ob\u010das ch\u00fdba, ale ja som to nikdy z\u00e1sadne neu\u0165al v zmysle: \u201eA odteraz moderova\u0165 nebudem!\u201c. Pand\u00e9mia tomu dala in\u00fd rozmer, preto\u017ee ponuky, ktor\u00e9 pri\u0161li v tom \u010dase, som zdvorilo odmietol, ke\u010f\u017ee som mal strach z masovej\u0161ej v\u00fdroby. P\u00f4vodne som si dal pauzu, ke\u010f som c\u00edtil, \u017ee ju potrebujem. A z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa ku mne p\u00e1r nadriaden\u00fdch nezachovalo f\u00e9rovo. Tak\u017ee sa to v\u0161etko stretlo v spr\u00e1vnom bode a \u010dase. Pre\u0161lo p\u00e1r rokov a ve\u013emi mi to pomohlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nedostal si e\u0161te ponuku na vlastn\u00fa telev\u00edznu kuch\u00e1rsku show? A \u0161iel by si do toho, keby t\u00e1 ponuka pri\u0161la?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Takto koncipovan\u00e9 to nikdy nebolo, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 to nie je ni\u010d, \u010do by svietilo ako nov\u00e1 in\u0161pir\u00e1cia. Pred kamerou som st\u00e1l v Slovenskej telev\u00edzii u\u017e od roku 2000 ako moder\u00e1tor rel\u00e1cie o varen\u00ed. Cel\u00e9 tri roky. A\u017e potom pri\u0161lo moderovanie SuperStar. Ja sa dnes c\u00edtim sk\u00f4r ako autor a video tvorca ne\u017e moder\u00e1tor rel\u00e1cie o varen\u00ed. Mal som v pl\u00e1ne dokonca aj cestopis, ale pand\u00e9mia v\u0161etko zmenila.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravidelne sa objavuje\u0161 aj v rebr\u00ed\u010dkoch naj\u00faspe\u0161nej\u0161\u00edch influencerov. Nako\u013eko soci\u00e1lne siete ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa tvoj \u017eivot? A vie\u0161 si predstavi\u0165 svoju kuch\u00e1rsku kari\u00e9ru aj bez soci\u00e1lnych siet\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viem si predstavi\u0165 v\u0161etko. Narodil som sa v dobe, ke\u010f bol len telef\u00f3n s cifern\u00edkom zak\u00e1blovan\u00fd v strede bytu. Za\u010dal som pracova\u0165 v r\u00e1diu, ke\u010f sa rozbiehal internet. A dnes, ke\u010f internet tla\u010d\u00ed a takmer form\u00e1tuje samotn\u00e9 telev\u00edzie, produkujeme v\u0161etci kontent pre mal\u00fd displej. Ktovie, \u010do bude \u010falej. Nikdy som v\u0161ak k svojmu publiku nemal bli\u017e\u0161ie ako teraz. To, \u010do rob\u00edm, sa dost\u00e1va priamo k div\u00e1kovi, \u010ditate\u013eovi \u010di posluch\u00e1\u010dovi bez potreby \u010fal\u0161ieho m\u00e9dia a prisp\u00f4sobenia obsahu. Objavi\u0165 sa v rebr\u00ed\u010dku ob\u013e\u00fabenosti je silnou odozvou ka\u017edej pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vegetari\u00e1n, ale je e\u0161te okrem m\u00e4sa nejak\u00e1 potravina, ktorej sa pri varen\u00ed vyh\u00fdba\u0161? Alebo jedlo, ktor\u00e9 nem\u00e1\u0161 r\u00e1d a ani ho preto nikdy nevar\u00ed\u0161?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akosi som nikdy nenast\u00fapil na vlak t\u00fdch sladk\u00fdch hlavn\u00fdch jed\u00e1l, tak\u017ee sny o paren\u00fdch bucht\u00e1ch, \u0161i\u0161k\u00e1ch, \u017eem\u013eovk\u00e1ch a duk\u00e1tov\u00fdch buchti\u010dk\u00e1ch s\u00fa pre m\u0148a nie\u010do ako denn\u00e1 gastro mora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nem\u00e1\u0161 v pl\u00e1ne presun\u00fa\u0165 svoju online a kni\u017en\u00fa tvorbu aj do in\u00e9ho levelu a otvori\u0165 si napr\u00edklad re\u0161taur\u00e1ciu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Milova\u0165 varenie, tvorba kuch\u00e1rskych kn\u00edh \u010di vide\u00ed a prev\u00e1dzka re\u0161taur\u00e1cie maj\u00fa paradoxne ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho. Aj po\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia som si nie\u010do odpraxoval za barom, v kaviarni a na prev\u00e1dzke. M\u0148a by to v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sk\u00f4r u\u0165ahalo ne\u017e bavilo. V \u017eivote potrebujem \u00eds\u0165 cestou, kde c\u00edtim in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu a mo\u017enos\u0165 robi\u0165 veci preto, lebo chcem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pracuje\u0161 u\u017e aj na novej knihe alebo nejakom zauj\u00edmavom novom projekte?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160tvrt\u00fa knihu ur\u010dite chcem, materi\u00e1lu je dos\u0165. Aktu\u00e1lne rie\u0161im, \u010di ju vyd\u00e1m v spolupr\u00e1ci s vydavate\u013estvom, alebo si na to tr\u00fafnem op\u00e4\u0165 s\u00e1m, ke\u010f\u017ee akosi dlhodobo mi ch\u00fdba ak\u00fdko\u013evek vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das.
