O sez\u00f3nnosti, lok\u00e1lnosti a kombin\u00e1ci\u00e1ch pod\u013ea ro\u010dn\u00fdch obdob\u00ed som nap\u00edsal a nafotil cel\u00fa jednu knihu. Inokedy je recept v \u0161t\u00fdle nulov\u00e9ho odpadu, tak, aby sme zu\u017eitkovali aj \u0161upky zemiakov alebo odrezky zo zeleniny.
