Od janu\u00e1ra a\u017e do m\u00e1ja pendloval medzi trhmi, supermarketmi a kuchy\u0148ou. Rozhodol sa cel\u00fd polrok venova\u0165 vareniu, experimentovaniu, foteniu a p\u00edsaniu. Nebol zvyknut\u00fd fakty zaznamen\u00e1va\u0165, teraz v\u0161ak v\u0161etko v\u00e1\u017eil, meral, zapisoval a fotil. Vylep\u0161oval jedl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e poznal, a sk\u00fa\u0161al ve\u013ea nov\u00fdch. Kuch\u00e1rka je \u0161peci\u00e1lna v tom, \u017ee s\u00fa v nej v\u0161etko bezm\u00e4sit\u00e9 jedl\u00e1, asi len tri recepty s\u00fa z r\u00fdb (m\u00e4so Pyco neje od roku 1994). V\u00fdsledkom je teda zbierka receptov, kniha Moje jedlo. <\/p>\n<p>Kuch\u00e1rska kniha &#8222;<strong>Moje Jedlo<\/strong>&#8220; uzrelo svetlo sveta <strong>31. augusta 2012<\/strong>. \u010cerstvo vytla\u010den\u00e9 knihy podpisoval v\u0161etk\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed vyu\u017eili exkluz\u00edvne predobjedn\u00e1vky na Kucharky.sk. A po troch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och v spom\u00ednanom eshope bolo &#8222;Moje Jedlo&#8220; najpred\u00e1vanej\u0161\u00edm titulom.<br \/>\nZa ten rok Pyco absolvoval nieko\u013eko \u00faspe\u0161n\u00fdch autogrami\u00e1d. Vo ve\u013emi pr\u00edjemnej atmosf\u00e9re, spojen\u00ed pozit\u00edvnou energiou, za\u017eili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci skvel\u00e9 dni na ktor\u00fdch mali \u0161ancu besedova\u0165, vyfoti\u0165 sa sn\u00edm a samozrejme necha\u0165 si podp\u00edsa\u0165 nov\u00fa kni\u017eku. V Ko\u0161iciach v Panta Rhei Optima, kniha &#8222;Moje Jedlo&#8220; z\u00edskala prv\u00e9 miesto.<br \/>\nTo, \u017ee je na svete, pova\u017euje za mal\u00fd z\u00e1zrak. Robil si v nej takmer v\u0161etko s\u00e1m \u2013 p\u00edsal, varil, aran\u017eoval a fotografoval hotov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 a aj ju s\u00e1m vydal.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f4vodne chcel robi\u0165 bro\u017e\u00faru desiatich receptov, len pre svojich kamar\u00e1tov minuloro\u010dn\u00e9 Vianoce. Ke\u010f zistil, \u017ee na to nebude dostatok \u010dasu, pekne to nap\u00edsa\u0165 a vytla\u010di\u0165 na kvalitn\u00fd papier na dom\u00e1cej tla\u010diarni (lebo u\u017e boli skoro Vianoce), tak si povedal, \u017ee to nech\u00e1 tak, ale bolo by fajn mo\u017eno z toho spravi\u0165 cel\u00fa kni\u017eku ak na bud\u00faci rok bude ma\u0165 \u010das. Nechcel knihu vlastne ani krsti\u0165. Ako s\u00e1m povedal, zistil \u017ee nikdy v \u017eivote nebol nerv\u00f3znej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tam. Zrazu sed\u00edte pred \u013eu\u010fmi, medzi ktor\u00fdmi je ve\u013ea kamar\u00e1tov a novin\u00e1rov. Prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t rozpr\u00e1val o knihe, ktor\u00fa si s\u00e1m nap\u00edsal, nafotil aj vydal. Rozpr\u00e1valo sa o \u0148om, o jeho \u017eivote, o tom, \u010do je, mal z toho, \u017ee prezentuje s\u00e1m seba, dos\u0165 zvl\u00e1\u0161tny pocit. Na druhej strane, za\u017eil najkraj\u0161\u00ed pocit z vykonanej pr\u00e1ce, ak\u00fd kedy mal. Moderovanie sa ned\u00e1 sp\u00e4tne ohmata\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eete si to pozrie\u0165, ale v\u017edy je to len program, vn\u00edmate seba, sledujete, \u010do ste ako urobili, povedali. Akt\u00edvnej\u0161ie var\u00ed od 15 rokov. V hotelovej akad\u00e9mii, ktor\u00fa vy\u0161tudoval, mali gastron\u00f3miu a varenie hne\u010f od prv\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edka. Predt\u00fdm tak akur\u00e1t pom\u00e1hal doma mame. S\u00e1m za\u010dal s nejak\u00fdm \u010dajom a pra\u017eenicou. Ako t\u00edned\u017eer experimentoval so zemiakmi, z ktor\u00fdch vyr\u00e1bal v\u0161eli\u010do mo\u017en\u00e9 od placiek a\u017e po hranolky. Vz\u0165ah k vareniu mal po kom z\u00edska\u0165 &#8211; jeho mamina vraj var\u00ed v\u00fdborne. M\u00e1 rada tradi\u010dn\u00fa kuchy\u0148u, je z gener\u00e1cie, ke\u010f varila pre \u0161tyri deti a man\u017eela. Neprecestovala ve\u013ea kraj\u00edn, tak\u017ee niektor\u00e9 Pycov\u00e9 kombin\u00e1cie s\u00fa pre \u0148u priam a\u017e exotick\u00e9. Ale v r\u00e1mci tradi\u010dnej kuchyne je vraj otvoren\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdm mo\u017en\u00fdm pokusom a experimentom a paradoxne si dnes nech\u00e1va poradi\u0165 aj od syna.<br \/>\nPyco nielen r\u00e1d var\u00ed, ale aj je. Ako hovor\u00ed, v\u0161etko, \u010do m\u00e1 najrad\u0161ej, je aj v jeho kni\u017eke. M\u00e1 r\u00e1d ryby, nespo\u010detne ve\u013ea druhov zeleniny a strukoviny.
