Ohriate koreniny premiestnime do kamenn\u00e9ho ma\u017eiara a rozdrv\u00edme na pr\u00e1\u0161ok. Prid\u00e1me mlet\u00fa papriku (1 \u010cL), kurkumu (1 \u010cL), so\u013e (1 \u010cL), premie\u0161ame a odlo\u017e\u00edme bokom.<br \/>\n\u25cf Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej a hlb\u0161ej panvici rozpust\u00edme maslo a 3 min\u00faty na \u0148om opek\u00e1me nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9 cibu\u013eky a nasekan\u00fd cesnak. Popr\u00e1\u0161ime pripravenou zmesou koren\u00edn, kr\u00e1tko ope\u010dieme a ihne\u010f prid\u00e1me varen\u00fd karfiol aj s listami. Priebe\u017ene mie\u0161ame a opek\u00e1me 7-8 min\u00fat.<br \/>\n\u25cf Na z\u00e1ver obsah panvice pokvapk\u00e1me \u0161\u0165avou z polovice citr\u00f3na. Posypeme str\u00fahankou (3 PL) a najemno str\u00fahan\u00fdm parmez\u00e1nom (2 PL). D\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame aby vsiakla v\u0161etka tekutina, primie\u0161ame petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165  a ihne\u010f serv\u00edrujeme.
