Pom\u00fa\u010den\u00e9 pl\u00e1ty, pouklad\u00e1me na seba a pokr\u00e1jame na tenk\u00e9 rezance (5 mm). Aby sa nezlepili, op\u00e4\u0165 \u013eahko pom\u00fa\u010dime a rozmiestnime ich po pracovnej doske.<br \/>\n\u25cf  Rezance vyv\u00e1rame 7 min\u00fat v hlb\u0161om hrnci s vriacou vodou a ly\u017ei\u010dkou soli. Sced\u00edme, pokvapk\u00e1me olivov\u00fdm olejom.<br \/>\n\u25cf  Vo ve\u013ekej panvici s olivov\u00fdm olejom (4 PL) 5 min\u00fat opek\u00e1me najemno pokr\u00e1jan\u00fa cibu\u013eu.<br \/>\n\u25cf  Prid\u00e1me \u0161tipku \u010dierneho korenia, posekan\u00fd cesnak, mie\u0161ame \u010fal\u0161iu min\u00fatu.Potom prid\u00e1me nadrobno pokr\u00e1jan\u00fd p\u00f3r a opek\u00e1me e\u0161te 5 min\u00fat.<br \/>\n\u25cf  Prilejeme ly\u017eicu s\u00f3jovej om\u00e1\u010dky, d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame. Do stredu panvice vlo\u017e\u00edme ara\u0161idov\u00e9 maslo, na miernom plameni premie\u0161ame a n\u00e1slednej zalejeme vriacou vodou (min.200 ml). Cel\u00fd obsah premie\u0161ame, nakoniec do panvice vlo\u017e\u00edme uvaren\u00e9 rezance. Prid\u00e1me posekan\u00fa petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165, v\u0161etko spoj\u00edme a ihne\u010f pod\u00e1vame.<br \/>\n\u25cf  Porcie dochut\u00edme \u0161tipkou soli, mlet\u00fdm \u010diernym koren\u00edm, petr\u017elenovou v\u0148a\u0165ou a solen\u00fdmi ara\u0161idmi. <\/p>\n<p><i class=\" fa fa-square-o \" style=\"color:#f7f7f7;\"><\/i> TIP:  Dom\u00e1ce rezance m\u00f4\u017eete po uvaren\u00ed pou\u017ei\u0165 ako be\u017en\u00e9 cestoviny alebo ich uvari\u0165 priamo v dokon\u010denej  nezahustenej polievke. V pr\u00edpade ak uprednost\u0148ujete hrub\u0161ie \u010di robustnej\u0161ie tvary rezancov, pred\u013a\u017ete \u010das varenia.
