Zahor\u00faca obsah panvice rozdrv\u00edme v kamennom ma\u017eiari. Potom primie\u0161ame kurkumu, papriku, \u0161koricu a kardam\u00f3m.<br \/>\n&#x1f449; V hlbokej panvici ohrejeme olivov\u00fd olej (5 PL), prid\u00e1me pokr\u00e1jan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a opek\u00e1me 7-8 min\u00fat. Potom prid\u00e1me cesnak pokr\u00e1jan\u00fd na pl\u00e1tky a postr\u00fahan\u00fd z\u00e1zvor, mie\u0161ame \u010fal\u0161iu min\u00fatu.<br \/>\n&#x1f449; Obsah panvice popr\u00e1\u0161ime pripravenou zmesou koren\u00edn a premie\u0161ame.<br \/>\n&#x1f449; Prid\u00e1me pokr\u00e1jan\u00fa mrkvu, prepl\u00e1chnut\u00fa a sceden\u00fa \u0161o\u0161ovicu, paradajkov\u00fd pretlak (3 PL), vodu (600 ml) a hust\u00e9 kokosov\u00e9 mlieko (400 ml). Premie\u0161ame a pod pokrievkou pri slabej intenzite var\u00edme 30-35 min\u00fat.  Po dovaren\u00ed nech\u00e1me e\u0161te aspo\u0148 \u0161tvr\u0165hodinu post\u00e1\u0165 k\u00fdm sa chute prepoja.
